Stages of the Program
Our Management Training Program is composed of 4 stages, and they are the following:
● Step 1: Professional Knowledge Learning
After joining the PMIT’s Management Training Program, the trainees are arranged to undergo academic and scientific training under the Light Metal R&D Institute. Calibrating the learned academic with practical work skill is the crucial orientation.
● Step 2: Job Rotation
There’s also a job rotation in various processes and departments of the PMIT. This is a great relief for graduates who are unfamiliar and worried about entering the working environment. Here, they don’t have to worry because they can experience the work with hands-on practice and participate in the production process of aluminum products, supplemented by academic guidance and explanation.
● Step 3: Participate in the Culture of the Company
When you start working with people from all over the world, the rigorous attitude at work may lead to fear of students in the management training production. Therefore, through the arrangement in the construction of the company’s cultural activities, rest assured that trainees are well taken care of and honed to showcase their skills.
